Hot Stone Massage Workshop

Stone Massage is an age old therapy dating back 5,000 years to India. Ayurveda, the ancient healing tradition of India, spoke of a universal source of all life and is based upon the premise that only specific stones can be used in massage. Working in harmony using various massage techniques with warm and cold stones, promotes a sense of balance and well-being.  When integrated with human touch, the transformational energies of the stones provide a natural antidote to stress.

The workshop will show therapists the full suite of techniques to de-stress and relax your clients and instill well-being.
